Commission on Missing & Exploited Children , COMEC - This organization, COMEC, is the ONLY non-profit missing children’s organization in Tennessee. They administer the region’s AMBER Alert. COMEC is a small group with the huge task of implementing and administering programs designed to protect the children of the Mid-South from predators of all kinds, those they might encounter in public and on the internet. They search for missing children. They also provide child identification cards, fingerprinting kits, in-home drug testing kits, counseling and Internet safety seminars.

Lakeshore United Methodist Assembly - Lakeshore United Methodist Assembly offers 1,100 acres of woods, streams, and lakes; a quiet place that shouts the good news that all of us, young and old, are children of God. To compliment and support the ministry of the United Methodist Church, schools, and other non-profit groups, Lakeshore provides varied year round programming whether in comfortable cabins or wilderness tents. Some come to rest, to have fun, to grow in their understanding of environmental stewardship, to study and reflect, or, through experiential learning, to find God and each one's place in God's world. Hannah's Hope - Hannah's Hope offers free, non-judgmental crisis pregnancy counseling and adoption services to families desiring the permanent placement of a child. Potential adoptive parents will receive guidance in discerning their best adoption option whether a domestic infant placement, working with an international adoptive agency or through the State Department of Children's Services to parent an older child.

Wesley Senior Ministries - Wesley Senior Ministries provides for and facilitates the enhancement of the quality of life of elderly persons and their families within the bounds of the Memphis Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, without regard to race, creed, sex, handicapping condition, or the ability to pay.

Reelfoot Rural Ministries - In Christian love, Reelfoot Rural Ministries seeks to provide personal encouragement, material assistance, helpful training and spiritual guidance to children, the elderly, and low-income families in rural Northwest Tennessee and Southwest Kentucky, in a manner that enhances self-esteem and encourages self-support.

Children's Home of the Mountains - To provide a Christian environment where orphaned, neglected, and abused children can receive the physical and spiritual care and security needed to enable them to achieve their full potential.  The goal is to help "hurting children" become "happy children".  To help the homeless children of Coahuila, Mexico develop spiritually, intellectually, and emotionally so they may become responsible and productive citizens of Mexico.  Children's Home of the Mountains recognizes these children are the future; it is our ambition to train them to become Godly leaders of Mexico.
