  • Remember to bring your non-perishable food donations for the Moscow Food Pantry.  Margaret Brownlee will be in Moscow every Thursday for the Moscow City Hall Blood Pressure Screening Program.  She would really like to be able to take some food items every week.  A donation box is located next to the piano in the sanctuary.

Dr. William Roger Joseph was born in Murray Kentucky, and grew up in a small town called Kirksey Kentucky.   He was one of five children who lived on a dairy farm for the first 18 years of his life.  Dr. Joseph grew up in the church and for most of his life he felt the call to serve the Lord and church.  He now has been a pastor for 42 years, serving in both Kentucky and Tennessee.Dr. William Roger Joseph

 

Over the years he has been involed in building new churches, a family life center, educational buildings and a parsonage or two.  He served in Maury City TN; Jackson, TN; Calvert City, KY and Memphis, TN.  Locally, he has served Raleigh UMC for ten years and  Longstreet UMC before coming to Piperton UMC.

 

He has three children Keisha, Shane and Zack; and three grandsons Colin, Christopher and Keegan.
His grandson Colin lives nearby so he gets to watch him play ball year round.  "I am a sport fan all the way."

 

Dr. Roger received degrees from Lambuth University, Memphis Theological, Andersonville Theological, and attended ORU, Freed-Hardman, Murray State, Louisville Theological, and Emory University.
