Yoga and Pilates Classes will meet in Piper Hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. For the first class, please plan to arrive early in order to complete the participation form and be ready for class to begin at 5:30 PM.
The classes are open to men and women and are suitable for most fitness levels. Workout includes bending, stretching, and floor exercises. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing. Workouts are done in bare feet.
You will need: a thick yoga mat, a yoga strap and/or Pilates band, and light hand weights (2 to 3 pounds).
The fee is $35.00 per month (payable to Piperton UMC at the first class of the month).
